If this happens, even if the top floor reopens during your tour, the group will not be able to access it. In such cases, your guide will provide the information to receive a partial or full refund depending on the type of closure.
• Tour Timing and Delays: We strive to adhere to schedules and itineraries, but the Eiffel Tower's popularity can lead to delays at security checks or ticket desks. During peak months (April to October), school holidays, and weekends, anticipate a minimum wait of 30 minutes at the first security check and 45 minutes at the ticket desk. In the low season (November to March, excluding holidays and weekends), the expected wait times are 15 minutes at security and 30 minutes at the ticket desk.
