Services offered by Paris Fun Tours are valid as per the dates and times displayed on our website. Paris Fun Tours is not responsible or liable for any information that it does not directly provide.
All requests for booking modifications must be directed to the Paris Fun tours Customer service team via email at parisfuntours@hotmail.com or through our chat and/or contact forms.
Paris Fun tours does not charge a fee to amend or change the dates or times of an existing booking, as long as there is availability and the request is received by our Customer service team more than 24 hours ahead of your confirmed tour date. This policy is valid across most of our tours, but is subject to some exceptions. In the case of a tour not being in line with this 24-hour cancellation policy, contact us and we will let you know.If you request a date or time change,Paris Fun Tours will attempt to honor your request; However, Paris Fun Tours cannot guarantee date or time change requests as all requests are subject to availability. Paris Fun Tours reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any tour that you have booked, at any time, for any reason. In such cases, if you are dissatisfied with the alternatives offered, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price. Exceptions / non-refundable tours
Certain types of services cannot be refunded, like some tours with entry tickets, privatized tours and services, day trips, premium tour bookings, etc. In that case, you are not eligible to a refund. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific tour. Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on tours purchased with gift cards.
Refund procedure
We will notify you once we’ve received and analyzed your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 20 business days maximum. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund too.
